Pig moving day and a pregnant horse

Today we finally moved the pigs from the horse trailer to the temporary pen.  Not easy to move 50 pound piglets but we did it.  We are going to build them a really big pasture pen when they are a little bigger.  They really like even the smaller pen, they are already rooting and eating dirt.

This is where the big pen will be, probably 32 feet wide and 64 feet deep.  Lots of grass and roots for them to eat.

Lily, Rileys mini pony, was sold to us pregnant.  Only told bred for a summer foal.  Im not sure she can get any bigger.  That's her with Gjeli the Norwegian Fjord Horse.

Wide load

We also got a puppy, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever named Libby.  Ive liked this breed for about 14 years.  Hopefully she will be a hunting dog some day!  So far she is very birdy but not in love with water.  She is an excellent house dog.  Riley just loves her.  Libby is from Tollchester in British Columbia Ca
